Gate Information
GATE CODES AND GATE REMOTES
Each
resident or owner of a lot should have an assigned gate code for entry into
Lantana Ridge. These codes should only be given to family members and should
not be given out to friends or service companies such as a pest or septic
company. GATE CODES CAN BE REVOKED BY THE POA FOR ABUSE
OF YOUR ASSIGNED CODE.
Remotes are available to residents, and can be picked up at the DAMC office. Each remote is $30 and should be made payable to Lantana Ridge, via exact cash/ check/money order/ cashiers check or billpay.
These remotes that have two buttons; The new gate system does not utilize the second or "exit" button. Your remote should work on ALL gates in Lantana Ridge.
Should your remote stop working,
please try to replace the battery first. If it continues to not work please contact DAMC at accesscontrol@damctx.com.
****AS A SIDE NOTE, TO ALLOW SERVICE COMPANIES ENTRY INTO LANTANA
RIDGE, GIVE THE COMPANY THE THREE (3) DIGIT CODE ON THE KIOSK FOR YOUR
RESIDENCE (DIRECTORY CODE). WHEN YOUR THREE DIGIT CODE IS ENTERED IT WILL CALL YOUR PHONE. YOU
CAN THEN PRESS THE NUMBER 9 ON YOUR PHONE TO OPEN THE GATE.***
Requesting a Temporary Code: If you need to request a temporary gate code (for maintenance workers and services, guests, or a party) please email accesscontrol@damctx.com at least three days prior to request the temporary code. This allows us to program it to the system, and you to check it to make sure it is working prior to your event.
Requesting Directory Information or Permanent Code: If you need to request a permanent gate code (for those in your household or for your vendors/contractors that perform regular maintenance at your property), or want your name and number to be included in the Directory at the gate itself, please email accesscontrol@damctx.com with your request.
Requesting Gate Remotes: We sell remotes for your neighborhood. Remotes are $30 and should be made payable to Lantana Ridge.
To order a gate remote for your neighborhood:
1. Come into the Huebner Office with either exact cash or check (payable to DAMC), and purchase your remotes.
2. Email accesscontrol@damctx.com with your request (Note: Remotes must be paid for via exact cash or check payable to Lantana Ridge before we can mail them out to you).
3. Mail in your request with a check (payable to Lantana Ridge), and we will mail your remote(s) back to you.
Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. We do not close for lunch.
